Ken
Sloane
The
principal member of the firm has worked in the insurance industry
both in the UK and Republic of South Africa since 1963 and since
1986 has been involved exclusively in the loss adjusting field.
He
has been employed by Commercial Union UK, S.A. Eagle, Fedsure General
insurance in South Africa and has also worked for a time in the
broking profession.
Whilst
with UTICO Group (United Tobacco Company) as an in-house broker
and risk manager, he founded, along with other risk managers, the
S A Risk Management Association.
He
is an associate of the Institute of Loss Adjusters and lectures
on crime classes at the College of Insurance, Johannesburg.
